1. General

1.1 What is personal data
Personal data is data that discloses or can disclose the identity of the user. We adhere to the principle of data avoidance. As far as possible, no personal data is collected.

1.2 Handling of personal data
Personal data is only used for contracting, content, implementation or execution of the contractual relationship (Art. 6 I p. 1 b DSGVO - German data protection regulation). In addition, personal data will only be processed in accordance with your consent (Art. 6 I S. 1 a DSGVO). It will not be passed on to third parties. Your personal data will only be used within the EU, unless otherwise stated below.

1.3 User data
General technical information is collected when you visit the website. This includes your IP address, time and duration of the visit, browser type and, if applicable, the site of origin. For technical reasons, this user data is registered in a log file and can be used and saved for the purpose of statistical analysis of this website. This user data is not linked to your other personal data.

1.4 Storage duration
Once the data we collected is no longer needed for the purpose of your visit to the website, we only save your personal data for as long as is required by law (tax law in particular).

You can request information from us as to whether we process your personal data and, if this is the case, you have the right to be informed about this personal data and further information as specified in Art. 15 DSGVO.

2.2 Right to rectification
You have the right to have your incorrect personal data rectified and, in accordance with Art. 16 DSGVO, you can demand the completion of incomplete personal data.

2.3 Right to deletion
You have the right to demand deletion of your personal data immediately. We are obliged to delete them immediately, in particular if one of the following reasons applies:
• Your personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed.
• You withdraw your consent on which using your data was based and there is no other legal basis for that usage.
• Your data has been used unlawfully.
The right to deletion does not exist insofar as your personal data is required to assert, exercise or defend our legal claims.

2.4 Right to restriction of usage
You have the right to request restriction of the usage of your personal data if
• you contest the accuracy of the data and we therefore need to check the accuracy,
• usage is unlawful and you refuse to let us delete it and instead request that usage be restricted,
• we no longer need the data, but you need it to assert, exercise or defend legal claims,
• you have objected to our using your data and it is not yet certain whether our legitimate reasons outweigh your reasons.

2.5 Right to data transfer
You have the right to receive the personal data relating to you that you have provided us with in a structured, common and machine-readable format and you have the right to transmit this data to another person responsible without any hindrance from us, provided that the usage is based on consent or on contract and the data is processed automatically.

2.6 Right of withdrawal
If usage of your personal data is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time.

2.7 Right to lodge complaints
Exercising the rights above is free of charge for you. If you have a complaint, you have the right to contact the supervisory authority responsible for us, the state data protection officer, directly.

3.2 Sessions and Cookies
To operate the website, we can use cookies or server-side sessions in which data can be stored. Cookies are files that are placed on your hard drive by a website in order to automatically recognize this computer the next time you visit the website in order to customize the website for you.
