Our Culture

As HGC positions itself as a bespoke management-solution tailor, we believe in individuality and entrepreneurship. Our consultants are encouraged to think for themselves, pursue new ideas and shape their own careers, all within a supportive and co-operative learning environment. Everyone above Analyst Level has the opportunity to participate in and profit from new business wins, with no targets to achieve at junior levels, and we have a bonus structure which rewards both self-starter initiative and team work.

While consulting is not a 9-5 job, and the work can be demanding, we also believe that a good work-life balance is critical for success. At HGC, weekend work is discouraged, lunch breaks (away from desks) are the norm, and our office has a relaxed and informal atmosphere. Our team regularly gets together for social events, as well as a twice-yearly all-company event (Christmas and Summer).
